This store needs to be closed down! After today's experience I don't think I'll ever go back. I asked an employee at the self check out if she could remove the security device from the packaging so that I may exit the store. She proceeds to tell me I can't use the register I was standing on in a very hostile tone. I tried explaining to her I wasn't using the register I was simply bagging my items. She doesn't care, she's ignoring.me and mouthing off to other customers about me. I ask for a manager, the manager comes to the front and curses me out then ask the sherriffs there to escort me out. I was so angry and embarrassed. I wish I could do something besides write a review.
Very helpful workers. If they can't answer your question they will find someone who can. Many know how to use their phones to find the item on their devices. I have always had a good experience in this store.
We went to the Speedway store at Kolb today and it was teaming with people. Luckily there were many employees that were helpful and they had lots of good deals.
I was a little disappointed. Shelves were looking bare. Items they say are in stock online are actually out of stock. Employees say " you can't rely on what it says online" It is honestly getting harder for me to see why I should shop here anymore. Things are out of stock, prices are not such a good value as they once were, staff are unhelpful and seem cranky. Walmart used to be a reliable place to shop. Not so much anymore.
They either need to hire more cashiers or open more self checkout Lanes even after the Christmas rush this store sucks and is getting ridiculous customer service truly does not matter anymore
Rhea in customer service was very polite and quick! The ladies working in the dressing room seemed very depressed, but I worked in the dressing rooms at Mervyns years ago, so I understand!
